Fruit Cheesecakes

  • Strawberry Cheesecake – This delicious classic creamy cheesecake with the subtle taste of lemon topped with 2lbs. of fresh lightly sweetened strawberries.

 

  • Dutch Vanilla Cherry Cheesecake This uniquely vanilla liqueur flavored cheesecake starts with a marriage of vanilla cookies and crushed almonds and is topped with almond (or Amaretto if you dare) infused bing or Maraschino cherries (your choice).

  • Ambrosia Cheesecake– This cheesecake is a true combination of flavors. Incorporating tropical fruits in this indulgent blend of pineapples, apricot nectar, coconut, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and strawberries. Death By Chocolate Cheesecakes

  • Black Forest- A layer of delicious cherry filling sandwiched between thick layers of rich, creamy chocolate cheesecake baked on a chocolate cookie crust is topped with a dark chocolate ganache, and crowned with cherry topping.

 

  • Chocolate Banana- The assertive flavor of dark chocolate mingling with fresh banana cheesecake resting on a chocolate cookie crust and topped with bananas and drizzled chocolate.

 

  • Mocha Mud- The marbled or muddied effect of the chocolate and melted marshmallow combination in the cake mimics the appearance of mud along the banks of the Mississippi River. This cheesecake is similar to this history lesson, however it is privileged enough to have a Mississippi Mud cake resting between rich and creamy cheesecake swirled with coffee. And at the climax of this cake is melted milk chocolate and mini-marshmallows.Who knew mud could taste so good?

 

  • German Chocolate- This cheesecake embodies decadence. Just like you remember the German chocolate cake to be, only better. Topped with the harmony of buttery coconut pecan frosting. Grab a fork and indulge.

 

  • Chocolate Mousse- Way back when, long before Columbus sailed the ocean blue and centuries earlier than Cleopatra and Mark Antony, ancient Mesoamerican civilizations were drinking rich elixirs of molten chocolate. Since then, chocolate has been embraced by most of the world. My Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake is the creamiest way to celebrate humanity's long standing obsession with the rich, luxurious flavor of chocolate.

 

  • White Chocolate Macadamia Nut- Oh really, you thought that white chocolate has been around forever? Well guess again. In 1930, Nestle created the first white chocolate bar in Switzerland. They called it Galak but now it's known as Milkybar in most of Europe. Well a year after Nestle introduced their Galak bar, white chocolate was manufactured in the USA taking off as delicious chocolate variation. My White Chocolate Cheesecake is sweet, rich and memorable.

 

  • Mocha Almond Swirl- This cheesecakes chocolate brownie crust sets off the the entire craze. A top the crust is a marbled cheesecake marrying the flavors of coffee and almond paste, extract and liqueur into one harmonious mouthful of decadence.

 

  • MintChocolateChip- If you’ve never tried mint chocolate cheesecake and you’re a fan of peppermint patties, you will absolutely love this cake. It’s like the bigger, better version of a peppermint patty. This pleasantly green cheesecake rests upon a chocolate cookie crust and is surrounded by mint chocolate chips and crème de menthe liqueur creating a tantalizing dessert for that special someone.

 

  • Dark Chocolate Pistachio-Oh hello chocolate goodness. For this cake I blended in velvety smooth dark chocolate into my signature plain cheesecake, and laid it on a bed of Chocolate crust combined with pistachios. Crushed pistachios drizzled with more chocolate tops this cake off.

 

  • Chocolate Orange- This majestic orange cheesecake flavored with Grand Marnier and swirled with chocolate goodness.

 

  • Maple Pecan- Syrup is not just for pancakes. For this sweetie I took a maple flavored cheesecake and concluded it with a buttery syrupy pecan glaze.

Some for the Sweet Tooth

  • Banana Pudding Cheesecake– This is a delicious explosion of banana in the form of a cheesecake. It has a combination of Bananas 99, fresh banana, and banana pudding right in the batter. This cheesecake is lined with Vanilla Wafers and topped with a delicious surprise.

 

  • M&M- This cheesecake is for the candy lovers. Creamy milk chocolate cheesecake sitting on milk chocolate crust and topped with candy coated milk chocolate M&M’s make this cheesecake a colorful one.

  • Triple Threat Cookies and Cream- Oreo cookies baked into my creamy cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust and Inita’s special Blamanche topping.

  • Peanut Butter cup Cheesecake- This cheesecake begins with a chocolate cookie crust laced with peanuts, then mingles with cremy peanut butter cheesecake swirled with milk chocolate, and ends with a white chocolate, peanut butter and fudge swirl topping.

 

  • Cinnascotch- There is no alcohol in this cake, but it does have cinnamon coupled with buttercream in this smooth vanilla cheesecake batter and baked into a cramel cookie crust.

 

  • Oatmeal Cookie- Calling all oatmeal cookie lovers! This cheesecake is sure to please with its oatmeal cookie crust and whole oatmeal cookies insert right into the cheesecake.

 

  • Caramel Chocolate Chunk- This caramel cheesecake is thick and delightful packing in loads of chocolate chunks in the batter and swirled with real caramel. It’s topped with a drizzle of creamy caramel sauce and YES more chocolate chunks. Yummy for sure.

 

  • Turtle- Reminiscent of those small nutty chocolate candies, this cheesecake brings back that same feeling we had as a child.   • Caramel Apple Cinnamon- A vanilla cookie crust starts this cheesecake off with a bang. Caramel cheesecake coupled with applesauce and the flavors of apple pie, topped with your choice of apple pie filling or fresh apples. This cake brings the holidays to YOU year round!!

 

  • Caramel Pecan- This cheesecake marries a pecan sandy crust with a caramel swirled batter, topped with a sweet buttery sauce loaded with pecans.

 

  • Snickery- Peanuts, caramel, chocolate and of course the silkiest cheesecake packing in a whole cup of whipped cream in the batter. It’s a perfect pair. Chunks of snickers crammed in the batter and on top of the cake.

 

  • S’mores- Layered like the popular campfire snack, thios cheesecake has whole graham crackers layed as the crust, gooey and delicious melted marshmallows in the batter, a layer- YES a layer of Hershey’s chocolate bars, and then more creamy marshallow batter. And on top, warm marshmallows, chocolate chips, and shards of graham crackers. Oh Baby! Lets break out the camp songs.

 

  • Cookie Dough- This cheesecake is exactly how you would imagine it, only better. A homemade sheet of chocolate chip cookie lays still on the pan, while I pour my original cheesecake batter with dollops of cookie dough over it.

Nuttin But The Cheesecake

  • Maple Walnut Crunch- Much like its sister cheesecake this cake is maple flavored, with a sugar cookie and walnut crust. However on the summit of this cake lies a sweet crunch made of walnuts and caramelized sugar. This crunchy brittle adds a texture filled contrast to the soft and creamy maple cheesecake.

 

  • Almond Coffee- This marbaled cheesecake encompasses the nutty flavor of almonds accompanied by the rich smooth taste of coffee, and finished with a coffee liqueur ganache garnished with almond slices.

 

  • Chocolate Coconut Almond- Sometimes you feel like a nut, and sometimes you don’t. This cheesecake embodies the best of Almond Joy. The story begins with a chocolate cookie crust layered with flaky coconut. Mingling with a milk chocolate chip and almond cheesecake, and concluding with a whipped cream cheese topping garnished with almonds and drizzled with chocolate ganache.

  • Vanilla Chai- The combination of the ginger snap crust accompanied by the spices in Indian Chai tea flavor this cheesecake eloquently, and brings a warm cozy feeling to any deserving belly.

Cheesecakes From the Bah

  • Piña Colada Cheesecake– This tipsy cheesecake is generously blessed with Bahemian Coconut Rum mixed in the pineapple batter. This cake is topped with a creamy delight with the added pleasure of fresh pineapple chunks. The memorable taste of pineapples and coconut will make this cheesecake good enough to drink.

 

  • Gingerbread Eggnog Cheesecake– This seasonal temptation only comes around once a year. The aromatic smell of the gingerbread crust coupled with spiced spiked eggnog made this cake my top seller in the 2010-11 holiday season.

 

  • Amaretto- This is my creamy cheesecake with Amaretto liqueur, and almond paste blended into the batter. A delicious vanilla cookie crust tangled with almonds makes this cake the perfect partner with a rich cup of your favorite coffee.
