I initially began my business in 2000 after spending a couple years at Johnson and Wales University.  My experiences there fostered my love for baking and inspired me to specifically create cheesecakes.  Twelve years later I am still baking, creating, and expanding Inita Cheesecake Lady by marketing to different restaurants, and caterers, trying to make it possible for EVERYONE to enjoy my cheesecakes.  So I hope you do just that.
